Not sure if the O2 is pulled out of the infusion bottles so that H2 remains in solution or not but the tablets definitely produce dissolved H2. It's a simple chemical reaction. The bottled H2 water is a waste. Hydrogen can escape rather quickly so the shelf life would be very short.

How can I just get all the recipes?

Those bottles are rubbish and not worth buying. Most come from China and they don't use quality materials. What can happen is that you will end up drinking toxic materials as they will leak into the water. I highly recommend doing a lot of research and invest in a proper machine made with quality materials.

drinking a 1.5 liter a day! sounds like hard work.. & if u only manage .5 a day or 1liter? maybe then u get little to zero benefits.. its like 25 push ups? can do em for a day or 2 .. even a week.. but can u do em every day for a year?

before yall bash this girl, have yall done your research on promising therapeutic effects on humans while on hydrogen supplementation? I was in the bandwagon with yall before I had bad eczema for many years and been using steroids creams and been visiting many doctors. None of them had the solution to cure my feet, it was so bad that i keep scratching them and my feet kept bleeding. One day my friend suggested me to try his machine that has a high output that makes hydrogen rich water. At first i was like nah i've done all sorts of things to try to heal my feet? I had done epsom salt soak and all, what could hydrogen do to my bad eczema feet that keeps bleeding? Even i've tried all sorts of ointments and all and it didn't heal. Why would i waste my time to try hydrogen water? But my friend just told me why not give it a shot, you don't lose anything and anyway the machine he paid for it and just wanted me to get better. So one day I decided i will give it a try and I wasn't expecting it to help my feet. But damn was I wrong because after the first session I felt the itchiness had gone down by alooott, I was excited and I told my friend how this water has brought down my itchiness by atleast 80 percent at the first trial. Afterwards I went back just once more and mannn the itchiness completely disappeared. Even though I haven't went back to use it because of my busy schedule, the itchiness from my eczema hasn't resurfaced yet. Anyway I can't afford those machines because it ranges from 4k-20k. Just letting you guys know It help my legs.

The instructions told me to get "yoho sports" and i cant see how to even pair it with the phone app. No way on the app to set the time..unless this is a subscription i have to pay for? Im so lost.
